City Hotel Essen Rooms

The best stuff I've ever seen in the hotels. The rooms were really clean.

The personnel was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was excellent. We even got a free public transport pass to bring us everywhere in Essen and they gave us some great tips.

The team was incredibly accommodating. We reached out to them twice before our arrival with questions, and each time they were friendly and eager to help. Throughout our stay, they remained consistently hospitable and made us feel very welcome.

Very customer friendly. I got free public transport in the region, breakfast till 10am on weekdays and 11am of weekends, and a universal adapter that I could borrow.

It was very clean, the room was very big, it was quiet, the staff was friendly and accommodated our request for separate invoices.

Location is good to close to old town.
